The UWSP Men’s Hockey team is back in action after the Thanksgiving break with a pair WIAC Conference games.

Friday December 6th, WIAC Conference opponents UW-Stout comes to town for a first time matchup in the 2024-25 season. Fridays game also features the Salvation Army Food Drive. Upon entering K.B. Willett Arena there will be a designated area for donations.

Saturday December 7th the Pointers are on the road north to Ashland, WI for a 7pm matchup against Northland College

The UWSP Men's Hockey team gets set for a quick turnaround from a weekend sweep this past weekend in the home opener weekend at K.B. Willett Arena.

Tuesday Nov 12th the Pointers will hit the road to face longtime rival St. Norbert College, face-off is set for 7pm at Cornerstone Arena in Ashwaubenon, WI.

The UWSP Men’s Hockey team opens up 2024-25 home play as the Pointers return to the always electric K.B. Willett Arena in Stevens Point, WI, November 8th and 9th.

Friday November 8th the Pointers take on the Royals of Bethel University with the face-off set for 7pm. Friday night’s game is presented by Festival Foods.

Saturday November 9th the Cardinals of Saint Mary’s University come to town for a 7pm matchup against the Pointers. Face-off is set for 7pm. Saturday nights game is presented by Pizza Ranch.

Additionally, this weekend the Pointers welcome the parents to town for the annual UWSP Men’s Hockey Parents Weekend. Before the game on Saturday, parents will be introduced and recognized out on the ice along with their student athlete.

The Pointers hockey team hits the road to start the 2024-25 season with a trip to Dubuque, Iowa for the Key City Collegiate Classic.

The Pointers take on Aurora University in Game 1 on November 1st at 3pm. The winners of game 1 and game 2 move on to the Key City Collegiate Classic Championship Game on Saturday November 2nd at 7pm.

The UWSP Men's Hockey team has advanced to their 10th straight
WIAC Championship Game that will be held at the K.B. Willett Arena in Stevens Point, WI on Saturday March 2nd against UW-Eau Claire.

Last time out with UW-Eau Claire the Pointers swept the BluGolds on December 8th and 9th by a score of 2-1 in OT and 2-0 the following night.

The UWSP Men's Hockey team will host UW-River Falls February 23rd and 24th at K.B. Willett Arena in Stevens Point, WI in the WIAC Semifinals. 

Last time out with UW-River Falls the Pointers swept the January 19th and 20th weekend series by a score of 4-3 on January 19th and 4-1 on January 20th. Both games were in River Falls, WI.

The UWSP Men's Hockey team hosts UW-Superior in the final regular season weekend of the 2023-24 season. ​Along with the regular season finale the Pointers will recognize this years seniors before the game on Saturday Feb 10th. 

Last time out with Superior on December 2nd the Pointers traveled to Superior where they fell to UW-Superior by a score of 3-1.
