After the longest game in UWSP Men’s Hockey history and second longest game in Division III history on March 11th against Augsburg (Game Recap), the Pointers have advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals game.

​The Pointers will hit the road this Saturday, March 18th against Adrian College. The winner of the NCAA Quarterfinal game will move on to the NCAA Semi-Finals on Friday March 24th at a location that is To Be Announced and will be streamed on NCAA.com.

​Pointer Hockey’s own broadcast team of Tom Weaver and Shaun McMahon will be broadcasting live from Adrian on uwspathletics.mixlr.com, live video of the game will also be streamed on Adrian College’s YouTube Channel.

The UWSP Men’s Hockey team heads into the opening round of the NCAA Division III Men’s Ice Hockey Tournament on Saturday March 11th as they host the 2022/23 MIAC Champions Augsburg.

The UWSP Men’s Hockey team will host Augsburg at K.B. Willett Arena, Sat March 11 in the NCAA Tournament Opening Round as just announced by the NCAA.

​Tickets for Saturday's game go on sale Wednesday (March 8) at 8:00 a.m. Fans can purchase tickets by calling 715-346-4100 or visiting the University Information and Ticket Office in the Dreyfus University Center. The first 300 UWSP students with a valid ID can get a free ticket and those tickets must be picked up in person at the DUC.

The UWSP Men’s Hockey team is set for battle against WIAC rival UW-Eau claire on Saturday March 4th for the WIAC Championship at K.B. Willett Arena Stevens Point, WI. This marks the Pointers ninth consecutive WIAC Championship game.
